Aspirin and Recurrent Intracerebral Hemorrhage in Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy
Neurol 75:693-698, Biffi,A.,et al, 2010
See this aricle in Pubmed

Article Abstract
Recurrence of lobar ICH is associated with previous microbleeds or macrobleeds and posterior CT white matter hypodensity, which may be markers of severity for underlying cerebral amyloid angiopathy. Use of an antiplatelets agent following lobar ICH may also increase recurrence risk.
